Note: The Ultimate Gym Celebration held in Suite 3 at 4:30pm has the option to add-on 30 minutes to the END of your party time. This additional time has a non-refundable fee of $100.00 and can ONLY be added to this specific Suite and time due to party schedules.
Sweet Peas Gym
A fun, age-appropriate celebration space designed specifically for our youngest birthday children. This gym space is appropriate for children up to 5 years old.
Party Price: $440

($20 each additional child up to 25*)
Note: The Sweet Peas Party Package has the option to add-on the Tiny Explorers Playroom for additional play space for your guests. This play space will be available to your guests during your 90 minute timeslot. This additional space has a non-refundable fee of $100.00.
The Sweet Peas Party Package held at 12:00pm has the option to add-on 30 minutes to the END of your party time.
This additional time has a non-refundable fee of $100.00.
*Final head counts for parties with more than 20 children (21–25 total) require an additional party host. A minimum charge for 21 children will apply, even if fewer children attend.

How do I book a Birthday Party at Bright Stars?
All bookings are handled online. Please click on the "Reserve Today" button above.
A $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is paid at the time of booking.
How long are Birthday Parties at Bright Stars?
All of our Gymnastics parties are 1 hour and 30 minutes* in length- 60 minutes in the gym area and 30 minutes in our celebration area.
*Parties held in Suite 3 at 4:30 and Suite 2 at 12:00pm have the option to add on an additional 30 minutes at the end of the party time for a $100.00 fee.
Can we extend our party time?
The Ultimate Gym Celebration held in Suite 3 at 4:30pm and the Sweet Peas Party Package held in Suite 2 at 12:00pm have the option to add-on 30 minutes to the END of your party time.
This additional time has a non-refundable fee of $100.00 and can ONLY be added to these specific Suites and times due to party schedules.
Due to our schedule, these are the only timeslots that have the option to be extended.
Are paper products included for the party?
Yes, we will supply paper products for the children which include:
- tablecloths
- large plates
- small plates
- napkins
- forks
Parents are also welcome to provide their own paper products that can be dropped off ahead of time.
What are parents responsible for providing for their Birthday Party?
- Refreshments (pizza, cupcakes, beverages, etc.)
- Snacks (Philly Pretzel tray, fruit tray, etc.)
- Decorations* (balloons, banners, etc.)
- Candles
- Paper products* for adults
*Decorations and paper products can be dropped off ahead of time so our Party Hosts can set everything up utilizing your items.
- Due to storage limitations, balloons CANNOT be dropped off ahead of time.
- If you are providing your own paper products for the children, please let us know when providing your final head count.
What time should we arrive for our child’s party?
Parents may arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to the start of their party. Our helpful party staff will have everything set up in advance. All you need to do is bring in your food and be ready to greet your party guests. We must maintain a strict party schedule in order to provide a great experience to all birthday guests and allow for time to sanitize between parties.
If your party stays longer than the allotted 15 minutes after your party end time, there is an additional $25.00 fee.
When is the balance due for my child’s party?
Final payment for the balance due, including any additional children, is due at your child's party. Final payment can be in the form of credit/debit card or cash.
Who should we contact if we are interested in ordering pizza for our party?
Primo Pizza (Somers Point) and Maurizio’s Express (EHT) will offer you a discount if you tell them that you’re having a birthday party at Bright Stars and have it delivered to Bright Stars.

What time should we order our pizza to be delivered to Bright Stars?
We recommend that you have your pizza arrive 50 mins after the party begins. Example: if your party starts a 1:00pm, have your pizza delivered by 1:50pm.
Please have the pizza delivered to the correct Suite for your party (Suite 4 = Main Gym Entrance, Suite 3 = Swim Entrance, or Suite 2 = Sweet Peas Entrance).
When is my head count due to Bright Stars?
We ask for a final head count 3-4 days prior to your party. You will be held to your verbal confirmation of the number of children attending, unless the number attending is greater. 12 children are included in the base price of our parties. We can accommodate a total of 25* children for our birthday parties (each additional child, over the 12, is $20.00).
*Final head counts for parties with more than 20 children (21–25 total) require a third party host. A minimum charge for 21 children will apply, even if fewer children attend.
Will my guests need to complete a waiver prior to attending a party at Bright Stars?
Every child entering the gym to participate in the party MUST fill out a Bright Stars Waiver. Waiver cards may be picked up ahead of time to be included with invitations and turned in at the time of the party, or parents can sign at the time of the party. No child will be permitted into the gym without a signed waiver.
Is tipping included?
A tip is not included in the price of the party, but it is always greatly appreciated by your party hosts if you were pleased with our service. Staff may accept tips through cash/Venmo only.
Are parents permitted to use the equipment or tumble?
Bright Stars Academy’s insurance does not cover anyone older than the age of 18 on our equipment. Parents are more than welcome to enter the gym with their children if their child is 4yrs old and younger. Shoes must be removed prior to entering the gym.
Do you have a refrigerator available for use?
Due to limited availability in our refrigerator and freezer, we are unable to guarantee space availability.
What is the rescheduling/cancellation policy?
The $100.00 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. We may be able to accommodate a party date/time change within ONE WEEK of the date that the deposit is made depending on our availability.
