In-House Team and USAIGC Team Schedule - 2012/2013 School Year
Is your daughter interested in becoming part of our team?
Training Team: Ages 5-7 (Invitation Only)
Two hour practice meets two times per week
Training team teaches advanced tumbling and equipment skills, with emphasis on progressive skills leading to competitive level gymnastics. The gymnast is introduced to dance in the gymnastics setting. At this level, self-discipline and internal motivation become emerging benefits for the athlete. Gymnasts are invited to participate on our training team based on their natural physical abilities as well as their eagerness to learn and perfect skills. Gymnasts eventually move from our training team to our pre-team program. Our training team gymnasts meet for (2) two hour practices per week. The goal of this team is to prepare for our USAG competitive team.
USAG
USA Gymnastics competitive program. Gymnasts begin competing compulsory Level 3 routines and will have the opportunity to compete in local, regional, and state, national and international competitions. Our teams have enjoyed great success earning many first place finishes in prestigious competitions throughout the US. Bright Stars has had several State Champion gymnasts! We currently have girls competing levels 3-8. We will continue to increase the levels offered as our strong growing team develops the need.
In-House Team
This team is designed for gymnasts ( 7 years and older) showing the interest and developmental ability to be part of a competitive team. The In-House team has either one or two practices per week. The In-House teams compete "optional" routines which give them the opportunity to showcase their individual strengths. The In-House team girls (levels silverjunniors, silver, gold and platinum) will participate in two friendly competitions against their teammates at meets held in our gym.
This is the perfect team for a recreational/competitive gymnast.

We suggest the following site and grips. Please follow the instructions on the site to accurately measure your daughter.
