2nd- Oct. 25th Bright Stars Fifth Annual Gymnastics Show is scheduled for Sunday, June 28, 2009 The gym will be closed: Halloween, November 27, Winter Break Dec. 24- Jan 1st and Spring Break April 13-18
Enrollment Information Each student must register by completing the registration form. This form must be signed by a parent and returned to Bright Stars prior to the start of class. You will be notified only if your first class choice is full. If a child does not start a session the first week , we will assure a smooth transition into the proper class and the cost will be pro-rated. ATTIRE: A leotard is the preferred attire for girls: gym shorts or pants and a t-shirt for boys. For safety reasons, leotards with attached skirts are not permitted. Many times Bright Stars has leotards available to purchase. The leotards are made by GK Elite and are discounted by 30%. WARM-UP: This ten to fifteen minute period of activity begins each class. It helps students develop flexibility and strength while safely preparing for gymnastics (sometimes serving as an emotional adjustment to class). Please make every effort to arrive on time. MAKE-UP POLICY: In order to maintain the integrity of all classes , we will not allow children to make-up a missed class during a regularly scheduled class. If your child misses a class due to an illness or vacation please feel free to bring him/her to any of our scheduled open-gym periods. Open gym is a lightly structured class led by an instructor. Children will have the opportunity to experience all of the gymnastics equipment they would normally be exposed to in their scheduled class. Open gym times will be posted on the website and in the lobby. Payment Information MEMBERSHIP FEE: This fee is due upon enrollment, and is effective for a twelve month period. This fee assists with insurance expenses. ($ 40.00 per gymnast or $65.00 per family) Fees may be paid by check or cash. Make checks payable to Bright Stars and write the name of person attending class, date, time and phone number on each check. Children whose fees and tuition are not current will not be allowed to participate in class. A $20.00 discount per session is offered for each session a sibling attends. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE: A Service charge of $30.00 will be assessed for each returned check. A LATE FEE of $15.00 will be added to the balance owed if payment is not received prior to the start of the first class of each session.
